In collaboration with our implementing partner Swasti, we have successfully supported Madhya Pradesh in completing the first phase of the Bhopal Healthy City Project. The project has successfully been able to establish a governance mechanism by creating a task force under the leadership of the Bhopal Collector. Based on a series of expert consultations, five sectors namely, Health, Food/ Nutrition, Water, Sanitation, and environment were prioritized for collaboration. Fifty indicators were also prioritized based on expert consultation, State expert review meetings, and an empowered group of officials.
