As health challenges evolve in India, Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) are increasingly prevalent. In response, we recognize the need for specialized services within the public healthcare system, particularly at secondary care facilities.
We partner with states to identify essential specialties to address their current and emerging health priorities. Collaborating with state authorities, we create costed, long-term plans to establish and enhance these specialized services. This involves mapping necessary resources, infrastructure, and workforce requirements for effective delivery at District Hospitals and First Referral Units, including Community Health Centers. Additionally, we help states identify and secure funding sources to ensure the sustainability and continuity of these interventions
