A diagnostic assessment was conducted in Odisha to strengthen Odisha's Health System in 2019-2020 to identify key intervention areas under the state health system strengthening effort. The report focuses on the findings generated from the landscape analysis of the Odisha health system to understand the socio-political & economic context of the state. The report further highlights the identified gaps and informs the design of research questions & survey instruments.
