Health Systems Transformation Platform (HSTP) supports Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) through technical assistance to enhance program implementation in Odisha. This includes capacity building, process reorientation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure financial risk protection and improved health outcomes.

A workshop on Strengthening Operations of BSKY was conducted as a part of HSTP’s capacity-building program that aimed to enhance practitioners' capabilities in data analytics and medical audit for better monitoring and scheme improvements. The collaboration with State Health Assurance Society Odisha, NHM Odisha, ACCESS Health International, IIPH Bhubaneswar, and Ziqitza Healthcare facilitated learning about 40 BSKY functionaries.
